Casa Annalu is a nice and cozy holiday home located on the coastal road within walking distance to Positano center.
It consists of two good-sized bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds (that can be joined) + a third bed, two bathrooms (one en suite) - both with bathtub and shower - and it can sleep up to five people.
The house is 120 m2, it has a large living room, with dining table, chairs, sofas, fireplace and TV and a well-equipped kitchen provided with fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave, juicer, kettle and all useful appliances.
The bedrooms and the living room are characterized by white walls and ceilings with wood beams, while the floors feature beautiful majolica tiles.
There is a balcony embellished with plants and bougainvillea, it is equipped with table and chairs to enjoy al fresco meals admiring the wonderful view of the sea, Positano and the islets of “Li Galli”.
The balcony can be accessed from both bedrooms and the living room.
Finally, the property has also parking space in a garage that is annexed, which is a plus in Positano.
Casa Annalu is an excellent choice if you decide to spend your holidays in Positano, considering the vicinity to the center, the advantage of having a garage at your own disposal and last but not least the stunning views it offers.

Neighborhood and surroundings:
Positano is a village on the Amalfi coast. It is a very popular tourist destination with pebble beaches and narrow and steep streets full of shops and cafes. The Church of Santa Maria Assunta has a majolica dome and a Byzantine icon of the 13th century Virgin Mary. The Sentiero degli Dei hiking trail connects Positano to other coastal towns. A must see!

A 50% deposit has to be paid at time of booking. The balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival date. Check in time from 15:00 check out by 10:00 am.

Refundable damage deposit: € 400, to be paid upon arrival, it will be returned at the end of the stay, less any charges in case of damages.
