Casa Dorothea 1 is a lovely holiday home located in a private residence on the hillside of Positano, a short drive from the town center.
The residence has a shared pool and also parking space (free of charge - 1 car per unit).
The house is accessed through a stairway with around 100 steps, it has has 3 double bedrooms, all with air-conditioning; two bathrooms (with shower) and it can sleep 6 people (plus one in a sofa bed).
Outside, there is a large terrace overlooking the sea and the mountains. The terrace is partially shaded by a bamboo pergola, and it is ideal for having al fresco meals, enjoying the fantastic view before you.
The terrace is equipped with a dining table, chairs, sunbeds, a rocking-sofa, a grill and also an external shower to refresh while sunbathing.
There is also a cozy garden equipped with round tables and some chairs where you can have breakfast or sip a drink admiring the gorgeous sea-view.
As soon as you enter the house, you will find the living/dining area. This space is furnished with two couches (one is a sofa bed to sleep one more guest), a dining table, chairs, TV and stereo.
In the same area is found the fully equipped kitchen, provided with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle.
Moving forward you will find the 3 double bedrooms.
The first one is on the left of the living room and from the bed you can see the blue waters.
The second bedroom has got en suite bathroom (with shower) and finally there is the third bedroom. These two bedrooms also share a further bathroom with shower.
Casa Dorothea 1 has all kind of amenities such as: air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi, bed linens, bath towels, washing machine and heating which makes it suitable even for the winter months.

Neighborhood and surroundings:
Positano is a village on the Amalfi coast. It is a very popular tourist destination with pebble beaches and narrow and steep streets full of shops and cafes. The Church of Santa Maria Assunta has a majolica dome and a Byzantine icon of the 13th century Virgin Mary. The Sentiero degli Dei hiking trail connects Positano to other coastal towns. A must see!

A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation; final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay: 5 nights
A cash refundable deposit of 500 Euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at time of departure after an inspection will take place in case of any damage.
Check-In time is from 15:00, Check-Out time is by 10:00 AM.
After 22:00 a fee of € 50 will be applied for the late check-in
Prices include taxes, cleaning costs upon arrival, electricity, bed linens and towels.

Note: The swimming pool regulations require you to wear swim caps. In the house you will find some, if necessary, others can be purchased at the residence concierge.

City tax: from 1st April to 31st October € 2,50 per person (from 10 years onwards) per day.
