Casa Dorothea 2 is a nice holiday home located in a private complex, along with other independent houses, situated on the hillside of Positano, a short drive from the town center.
The guests of Casa Dorothea 2 can benefit of a shared swimming shared pool and there is also parking space available (1 car per unit, free of charge).
The house is accessed through a stairway of about 100 steps, and as soon as you enter you will find the wide terrace, equipped with table and chairs, from where you can enjoy breathtaking views over the sea and the mountains. The terrace is partially shaded by a pergola and is perfect for al fresco dining.
There is also a sofa, an armchair, a sunbed, a swing and a big sun umbrella.
From the terrace you can enter, through a French door, the interior of the house.
At the entrance you will find an ample sitting room, fitted with two couches, a fireplace, table and chairs, TV, DVD.
The living area is connected with the kitchen, which is fully-equipped with all useful appliances: oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, juicer, kettle and toaster.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Two of the bedrooms have double beds (one of them has en suite bathroom); another bedroom has twin beds that can be joined if requested.
Then there are two further bathrooms (one with bath-tub, the other with shower).
Casa Dorothea 2 offers all kind of amenities such as: air-conditioning Wi-Fi, bed linens, bath towels, washing machine, iron and board, hair dryers and also heating, which makes it livable also in winter.

Neighborhood and surroundings:
Positano is a village on the Amalfi coast. It is a very popular tourist destination with pebble beaches and narrow and steep streets full of shops and cafes. The Church of Santa Maria Assunta has a majolica dome and a Byzantine icon of the 13th century Virgin Mary. The Sentiero degli Dei hiking trail connects Positano to other coastal towns. A must see!

A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation; final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay: 5 nights
A cash refundable deposit of 500 Euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at time of departure after an inspection will take place in case of any damage.
Check-In time is from 15:00; Checkout time is by 10:00 AM.
After 22:00 a fee of € 50 will be applied for the late check-in.
Prices include taxes, cleaning costs upon arrival, electricity, bed linens and towels.

Note: The swimming pool regulations require you to wear swim caps. In the house you will find some, if necessary, others can be purchased at the residence concierge.

City tax: from 1st April to 31st October € 2,50 per person (from 10 years onwards) per day.
