Casa Dorothea 3 is part of a private residence consisting of various apartments.
The residence is located on the hillside of Positano, a short drive from the town center, and it is provided with a shared pool.
The property can be reached along a stairway with approx. 100 steps, and it consists of two independent units, which are next to each other.
It has six double bedrooms in total (three per unit) that can sleep 12 people (plus one in a sofa bed).
Five of these bedrooms have double beds, while one bedroom has two twin beds (that can be joined if requested). All the bedrooms have air-conditioning.
There are 5 bathrooms in total, two with bath tub.
The villa features spacious living/dining rooms and two fully equipped kitchens, one per unit.
Outside, it boasts a wide terrace partially shaded by a bamboo pergola, perfect for al-fresco dining enjoying the breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding landscape. On the terrace is also found an external shower to cool off.
Casa Dorothea 3 has all kind of comforts such as: Wi-Fi, AC, grill, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 washing machines and also heating for winter months and it is ideal for large families or groups of friends.
Finally, there is also parking space available for the guests of the residence (1 car per unit, at no additional cost).

Neighborhood and transport:
Positano is a village on the Amalfi coast. It is a very popular tourist destination with pebble beaches and narrow and steep streets full of shops and cafes. The Church of Santa Maria Assunta has a majolica dome and a Byzantine icon of the 13th century Virgin Mary. The Sentiero degli Dei hiking trail connects Positano to other coastal towns. A must see!

A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation; final balance is due within 30 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay 4 nights; 5 nights in high season.
A refundable deposit of 800 Euros is required upon arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damages.
Check-In time is from 15:00; Check-Out time is by 10:00 am.
After 22:00 a fee of € 50 will be applied for the late check-in.
Prices include taxes, cleaning costs upon arrival, electricity, bed linens and towels.
Extra bed (sofa bed): € 50 supplement, per day
The shared pool is open from 15 May to 15 Oct.
Note: The swimming pool regulations require you to wear swim caps. In the house you will find some, if necessary, others can be purchased at the residence concierge.

City tax: from 1st April to 31st October € 2,50 per person (from 10 years onwards) per day.
