Casa Giardino, is a lovely holiday home located in quaint tourist destination of Positano on the renowned Amalfi coast.
It is very close to Positano’s main road (Viale Pasitea), which is just a few steps away and where are found restaurants, bars, shops, bus stop and other services.
Casa Giardino has an internal surface of 108 m2, it consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
The house is tastefully decorated and offers all kind of comforts you could wish for.
It also boasts a spacious terrace and a lovely garden, the ideal place to enjoy al fresco dining, or to relax sipping a drink at the sunset, wrapped in the scents of flowers.
From here you will admire the amazing views over the sea, Fornillo beach, the famous Saracen Tower of Clavel and the “Li Galli” islets, where according to the legend, the mythological Sirens, a group of sea nymphs, were said to have lived and tried to seduce Ulysses (the famous hero from Homer’s literary work “The Odyssey”) with their chanting.
Inside the house is tastefully furnished and it also has a large living room and of course a fully-equipped kitchen to self-cater.
The main beach (“Spiaggia grande”) is easily reachable through the main road, via a flight of steps steps also known as “la scalinatella”.
From the main harbor you can take ferries to Naples, Sorrento and Amalfi and also to the islands of Ischia and Capri. From the pier you can also hop on the typical local boat (“gozzo”) that will take you to the beaches such as Fornillo and Laurito, most famous Positano beaches.

Neighborood and surroundings:
Positano can be reached from Naples by hydrofoil, ferry, bus or taxi. It is also a perfect base to visit other world-famous locations such as Sorrento, the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, Amalfi, Capri, Naples and Ravello.
The local shuttle stop is only a few meters away and it circumnavigates Positano in a loop. There are also bus routes to Praiano (the nearest village along the coast) and Monte Pertuso, the highest peak of Positano where you can dine at one of the few restaurants in the vicinity, or those who love trekking can go for a most peaceful and beautiful stroll along what is known as “The Gods Path” (Il Sentiero degli Dei) from where the view is simply breathtaking!

A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation. The balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
A cash refundable deposit of € 500 must be provided upon arrival, the money will be returned at check-out time after verifying the absence of any damage.

Final Cleaning 250 Euros per stay by cash on the arrival -Winter heating 20 Euros per day
City tax: from 1st April to 31st October € 2,50 per person (from 10 years onwards) per day.
Extra bed 15 Euros per day (for children up to ten yeas old)
A/C: € 20 per day (in the bedrooms only)
Late check-in fee: for arrivals after 8 pm there is a fee of 10 Euros per hour to be paid on site.
