Maison Sirenide is a beautiful holiday home located in a building just five walk from the famous Piazza Tasso in the heart of Sorrento.
Its location is undoubtedly one of the strong points of this property.
Virtually at your fingertips anything you may need such as supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, bars and much more.
Just ten minutes away from the train station to reach places of interest such as Pompeii, Naples, and renowned seaside destinations such as Vico Equense, Sant 'Agnello or Meta.
The port of Sorrento, which is also only 10 minutes away, allows guests of this house to easily reach the well-known blue island, Capri or the spectacular spa gardens of Ischia, the green island.
The apartment has been recently and totally renovated.
Upon entering you are immediately greeted by a good feeling of well-being.
The warm tones, ranging from the brown of the wood to the beige and dove gray of the textile accessories, and the elegant furnishings infuse a relaxing atmosphere that is repeated in all the rooms of the property.
A large and bright living room opens at the entrance to the apartment: in this area there is a comfortable sofa, armchairs, a Smart TV and a nice dining table with chairs.
Continuing a small but functional kitchen equipped with microwave, electric oven and dishwasher as well as essential utensils and crockery.
The two bedrooms present can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
Furnished with taste and originality, both have a private bathroom with shower.
The entire property has wifi and air conditioning.
Finally, a beautiful, suitably equipped terrace allows guests to relax, breathing in the scent of citrus fruits in the early hours of the day or enjoying the coolness of the evening.

Neighborhood and transport
Sorrento offers a wide range of services, it is well connected to other tourist resorts in the area such as: the Amalfi coast, the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, Capri, Naples, that can be reached by train, bus or ferry.
The city is mostly flat, you will find a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops and the beaches or the port can be reached on foot or comfortably by lift.
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation. The final balance is due within 30 days prior to arrival.
Check-in starting from 15.00. Check-out by 10.00 am.
For arrivals after 21:00 € 25 charge; after 11pm: € 50
Prices are inclusive of A/C, heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, 1 set of bath towels per person per stay and bed linens for 1 week.
Extra costs to be paid on arrival:
A cash refundable deposit of 500 Euros will be required upon arrival, it will be returned at time of departure after an inspection will take place in case of any damage.
Final cleaning: € 100,00.
Tourist tax: € 4.00 per day per person (from 18 years onwards).
If the rules of the house are ignored, some penalties will be applied according to specific cases
