The Ivy Penthouse is a wonderful holiday home located in Sant’Agnello, a few steps from the famous Sorrento.
The apartment is located on the top floor of an elegant building that includes 5 independent units all furnished to the highest standards and with great attention to detail, finishes and high quality furnishings.
In fact, the apartments of this complex offer all types of services typical of a 5-star accommodation. (Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, iPod docking station, CCTV security cameras in common areas, shuttle service (to / from Sorrento) twice a day, concierge service 8 hours a day, daily maid service, welcome basket, etc.).
This condominium is also equipped with a laundry room (with washer and dryer) and an internal lift with which you can reach this fantastic penthouse (as an alternative to the stairs).
The Ivy Penthouse can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people.
It has in fact three bedrooms, equipped with private bathroom:
The first bedroom has a king-size bed and a bathroom with tub and shower;
the second adjacent bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
The living room can be reached by climbing a few stairs (or using the internal lift).
The environment appears very bright thanks to the large windows that let the sunlight in naturally: here we find a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and an electric fireplace.
In the same area a well-equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom, and direct access to the terrace with a swimming pool (which can be heated if necessary), sun loungers, table and chairs.
The view from here is nothing short of amazing with Mount Vesuvius overlooking the Gulf of Naples.
The third bedroom is a master suite equipped with a double bed, private bathroom with shower, a small living room with sofa bed (where a third person can sleep), a table with chairs and even a kitchenette with induction hob.
The living room leads to a private terrace with whirlpool tub, sun beds, table and chairs.

A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, the final balance is due within 30 days prior to arrival.

Minimum stay: 3 nights
A refundable deposit of € 1.000 has to be paid on arrival, it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage.
The rates are inclusive of: welcome basket, water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, one cleaning with change of bed linen and bath towels after 3 days stay, final cleaning, concierge service.
Extra costs:
City tax: € 2,00 per day (up to 1 week), per person (from 18 years onwards).
Parking on site if available, max 2 cars, on a first come first served basis, at € 18,00 per day to pay on site. Alternatively it is possible to park in a nearby garage (150 meters away) at about € 20,00 per day.
