Villa Avion

Villa Avion is a fantastic property located near Nerano a charming little village on the Sorrento coast, about 20 km away from Sorrento, while Sant’Agata sui due Golfi is less than 10 km far and Massa Lubrense even closer.
This area boasts some of the most beautiful beaches of the region, as well as a good choice of excellent restaurants to taste the local cuisine.
The villa is on a private road in a peaceful area, there is a pedestrian gate that leads to the main entrance after walking a few steps; the house develops on three levels that are connected also by an internal lift.
As soon as you enter you will find a spacious living room with dining area, fitted with luxury furniture, sofas, a generous wooden dining table, flat screen Sat TV, large sliding glass doors that gives onto the first terrace, equipped with lounging seats and external table with chairs where you can enjoy delicious meals or sip a drink.
The living room also features a piano, a Bose music sound system and Wi­Fi.
The same floor is also home to the open plan kitchen, which is fully equipped with all useful appliances to self­cater.
On this level, there is also a service bathroom.
On the first­floor there are 4 double bedrooms all with en­suite bathrooms, two of them have access to a second large terrace equipped with Jacuzzi and boasting a stunning sea view.
On this level, there is a further terrace where is a pizza oven, barbecue and an outdoor kitchen which makes this place perfect for al fresco dining.
On the third floor are found 3 more double bedrooms with en­suite bathroom, two of these bedrooms have access to a lovely terrace overlooking the amazing blue sea.
The private pool is located on the above terrace, which is provided with an outdoor shower, while on the last above terrace is located a very large solarium equipped with sun beds, and from here you will enjoy a gorgeous view over the bay of Nerano.
