Villa del Saraceno is a lovely rental property in the picturesque village of Termini, a twenty minute drive from Sorrento.

Termini is an idyllic village surrounded by greenery and offers landscapes of extraordinary beauty: from here the path starts to reach Punta Campanella, the extreme tip of the Sorrentine Peninsula.

The structure is also convenient and comfortable, providing guests with everything they need to experience an unforgettable holiday.


It consists of two distinct units on two levels.

Both have independent access and are composed as follows:

on the ground floor there is a beautiful and bright well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, a double and a single bedroom;
upstairs, on the other hand, there is a nice dining area with a 3-seater sofa, an armchair, TV and next to it a kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a table and chairs: the kitchen leads to the balcony overlooking the island Li Galli and the surrounding mountains;
on this level there are two other bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds; there is also a sofa bed in the living room for another guest.
So in total Villa del Saraceno can accommodate up to 8 people.

The property has air conditioning, wifi, and finally a wonderful outdoor area.

A beautiful private courtyard consisting of a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the gulf, a table with chairs covered by an umbrella to have meals outside, sun loungers and deck chairs to relax and enjoy a few rays of sunshine.
Also at guests' disposal a barbecue corner to delight in grilled meals eaten al fresco.
