Villa Marion is a luxury 500m2 property located in Sant’Agnello, just a 15­20­ minute stroll from Sorrento and close to some of the most famous hotels of the area.
It is in a strategic position, ideal for those who prefer not to use the car during their stay. You will find within walking distance bars, newsstand, tobacconist, some good restaurants and about 100 meters away there is the lift that takes you down to the beach.
The property was part of an old building dating back to the early 18th century, which belonged to a complex called "La Cocumella" that was previously a Jesuit monastery and is now a luxury 5­star hotel whose grounds border the villa.
Villa Marion develops on four floors connected by either the stairs or a lift, it is tastefully furnished with great attention to details and it can sleep up to 14 people, with the possibility of adding two beds and accommodating a total of 16 guests.

The second floor, features 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, laundry with washing­machine, sunbathing terrace equipped with garden furniture, panoramic view over the gardens and the sea.
Then we have the basement with spacious dining and living area, wet bar, 1 WC with washbasin, 1 bathroom with shower.
