Villa Sam is an elegant property to rent located on the hills of Piano di Sorrento, on the road that connects Positano and the Amalfi coast with the Sorrento peninsula and offers its guests one of the most beautiful views in the world.
Access to the villa is a beautiful automatic gate that leads into a wonderful garden with palm trees, pines and well-tended flower beds.
Here we also find a lovely swimming pool where you can cool off in total privacy surrounded by nature and pampered by the relaxing atmosphere that this place can offer.
The entrance to the property is impressive:
a brick staircase leads to the first of the three levels of the villa:
a large and elegant living room, finely furnished with furniture with fine finishes welcomes us;
to follow, a small and charming kitchen well equipped for whatever is needed;
and on this level we also find two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
A second external staircase, placed laterally, leads to the second level:
here too we find a beautiful living area, furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a nice table with chairs, a small but functional kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, the other with a shower).
Finally, the third and last level consists of a spacious and panoramic terrace equipped with a swing, tables with chairs, sun loungers and even a hammock to enjoy the surrounding landscape in total relaxation.
Villa Sam is the ideal choice to welcome large families or groups of friends.
The inside of the property can comfortably accommodate up to 3 cars.

Piano di Sorrento is a lovely little town 5 km far from Sorrento.
This fantastic area offers a wide range of services, it is well connected to other tourist resorts in the area such as: the Amalfi coast, the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, Capri, Naples, that can be reached by train, bus or ferry.
The city is mostly flat, you will find a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops and the beaches or the port can be reached on foot or comfortably by lift

A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival date.
Refundable cash deposit of 400 Euros is required upon arrival, the money will be returned on departure after the absence of any damage occurred.

The prices include: bed linen and towels (1 set per person per week).

Note: The pool is open from 1st May to October (exact closing date depends on the weather conditions).
Additional costs to be paid on arrival:
City tax: € 4,00 per day, per person (from 18 years onwards) as per Italian law.
