The 1st floor below has a spacious dining room with fireplace, a well­ equipped kitchen with wood­burning pizza oven, and the access to the panoramic terrace. There are also a toilette, 3 double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom. Two of them have access to the panoramic terrace.
On the 2nd floor below you find 1 double bedroom with private bathroom, the fitness area with Turkish bath and private swimming pool and the access to the panoramic garden.

Outside, there is another swimming pool, the terraces, the garden, and a fenced covered parking, with space for up to 3 cars.

Villa Magnolia is located just outside Positano.

The villa consists of a main building and an outbuilding.
In the main building you find a wide living room, a fully ­equipped kitchen and five bedrooms. A further bedroom is in the outbuilding.
All bedrooms have en ­suite bathrooms and a small balcony that faces the wonderful sea.
The interiors mix Byzantine and contemporary styles with arches, vaults and majolica tiles.

Outside, you find the beautiful terraces and gardens, a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi.

One of our favorite villas for rent in Positano is definitely Villa degli Affreschi.

This luxurious property is located on the highest point above Positano and is surrounded by a 1000m2 garden. The villa itself is 500m2, with 350m2 terraces and stunning views over the sea and the coast.

The property is fascinating all because it was built in 1741. Completely renovated in 2013, Villa degli Affreschi consists of 8 bedrooms all with bathrooms, plenty of space where you can relax, and an outdoor swimming ­pool. The interiors are richly decorated and tell the ancient history of this palace in every detail.

However, Villa degli Affreschi is more than a wonderful villa. In fact, during your stay you will be discretely assisted by a professional staff that will make you feel like in a 5­star luxury hotel.
